This was an exciting find, a modern book along the
lines of the self-resistance courses of the famous Charles
Atlas. Mr. Peterson gives credit to both Charles Atlas, and a
Bigsteel favorite Earle Liederman in this book. While I have
not personally bought the book (yet) the reviews on Amazon are
excellent.
