In
this video I am juggling three eight pound shot puts. I
actually did this last summer, but never placed it on the
site. Now you say, how do I know that these are not light
softballs? Well, notice the momentum of the
balls as they hit my hands as well as the clunk on the final
round-up of the balls. I was surprised when I first watched
this video because the balls were thrown quite high, and went
right out of the frame. Normally, I juggle shot puts over my
bed, but had to do it out in the open for the video. If I
had missed I'd say that the balls would have fallen about 8-feet
onto the floor. I'm not sure, but I don't think my long suffering
neighbors would have liked that. To see some really great heavy juggling go to
