This site was created June 5, 2000. Here are the additions since then.

• September 4, 2004-  Added an article entitled "Iron Indian Club swinging and Leveraging."

• June 18, 2004-  Added a page on Steve McGranahan  to the Readers Gallery.

• April 6, 2004-  Added a new article on Natural Olive Oil Soap.

• March 13, 2004-  Added a photo page with pictures from 2003, including my close of the #3 Gripper.

• December 13, 2003- Added Stefan Straub to the Readers Gallery.

• December 13, 2003- Added in association with Amazon.com the Entire Amazon Store at Bigsteel.  This fast search tool and directory is actually faster than searching at Amazon itself.  Note: this link will actually take you to Bigsteel.net, which will eventually be the full home of Bigsteel.

• November 29, 2003- Added protein powers and protein bars to the Bigsteel Fitness Store.  Check the prices, you will find that they are much lower than your local retail.  

• November 14, 2003- Added a new article Grip Strength Testing- Using a Dynamometer to Test Hand Strength.

• November 8, 2003- Added the huge Bigsteel Fitness store with hundreds of fitness related products from multiple on-line stores.

• Posted October 30, 2003- Added photos of Greg Matonick to the Readers Gallery.

• Posted October 27, 2003- Added the google search engine above to search within the Bigsteel website.

•  Posted October 19, 2003-  Added some pictures not related to strength training on my "Other Interests" page. 

• Posted October 5, 2003- The Bigsteel Book store and More is now on-line- Bigsteel Store .

• Posted September 28, 2003- I am working on a new Bigsteel store, check back soon for my product recommendations- Store Coming Soon .

• Posted July 11, 2003- Main homepage updated with a recent Horseshoe Bend .
